Zinc Alloy: A Versatile and Eco-Friendly Material

Jin Jumbo primarily uses zinc alloy, a popular, versatile material that can be molded into a variety of shapes and sizes. During production, molten zinc alloy is injected into molds, producing a considerable amount of scrap metal. Rather than wasting this metal, we collect and melt it down to use again in the die-casting process. This recycling cycle reduces the demand for new metals and waste production, making recycled zinc alloy a more environmentally friendly choice.

Jin Jumbo’s Commitment to Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Manufacturing

Jin Jumbo’s environmental commitment includes in-house plating and wastewater treatment, as well as the use of recycled metals in production. Our factory received an electroplating license in 1997, and we have since upgraded to fully automated electroplating tanks for enhanced quality. In 2000, we established a sewage treatment plant and achieved zero wastewater discharge, earning the “Green Label” certification in 2008. Our sewage water treatment plant has been expertly designed to meet and exceed the stringent regulations established by the Chinese government and is periodically supervised by the local government. In Dongguan City, there are only 2 legal electroplating licensees, and Jin Jumbo owns one of them because of our advanced sewage water plant.
